No, only CIDOC-CRM. In particular, you would need to be very careful if you use the ore:Proxy pattern at all, as they can have any property on them at all, based on the class of the resource they are a proxy for. The good thing is that you wouldn't need to write any actual code, just work with the model / graph configuration UI, and you'd get all the benefits of Arches after the configuration was done.
