Log: Removed several methods from the SQLCheckConstraintContainer interface that allow a platform name to be passed in when retrieving the list of check constraints, and adding and remove check constraints. Since these removed methods only make sense in SQLTypePhysicalPropertiesProvider/UserDefinedSQLType, UserDefinedSQLType should not implement the interface. With these removals, SQLColumn and SQLTypePhysicalProperties would not need to implement these meaningless methods.

Also, added some missing annotations to several classes which should fix some tests.
