Hi Architects,

We discussed issue #3 in my OP (Ansible vs Windows) today in the Infra
weekly. We concluded that while there is a gap here, given other project
constraints we are going to stick with the status quo for now, writing
custom PowerShell scripts to do the job on Windows that is performed by
Ansible on non-Windows platforms.
