Unit and acceptance tests for GPII/linux are failing:
17:25:48.057: FATAL ERROR: Uncaught exception: Cannot find module
'./gpii/node_modules/transformer'
Error: Cannot find module './gpii/node_modules/transformer'
The issue is mitigated by applying the fix from GPII-2060 (which has a PR
pending review):

The same fix was already applied to GPII/universal and fluid-project/infusion
in November 2016.

It seems the issue is not related to npm 5.x.
