I haven't kept the error messages, but it involved a timeout with the
remote connection from the host to the guest windows box during
provisioning. Since the provisioning was incomplete/suspect, I "vagrant
halt"ed and then did a second "vagrant up --provision".
Since upgrading VirtualBox earlier this week, due to the escape
vulnerability that Giovanni reported, I haven't seen this issue. But,
neither have I run the scenario Simon describes (Cindy's code), as I
have been working with Kasper's GPII-1230 branch.

* macOS Hi Sierra 10.13.3 (host)
* VirtualBox 5.2.6
* Vagrant 2.0.1
P.S. I will also miss today's GPII architecture telecon. IDRCers are
going to a goodbye lunch for one of our co-workers. We should have a
goodbye lunch for Kasper, but I don't know how that could be done with
GoToMeeting.
