Sorry about the spam.

After a chat with Tyler, we all agreed the name of “gpii-dataloader” is shorter 
and less confusion. We’ve taken the action to rename the repo and fix the 
jenkins jobs.

Now all stated in the very first email is true. The new repo is called 
“gpii-ops/gpii-dataloader <https://github.com/gpii-ops/gpii-dataloader>”.
