The Screen Capture Tool  (formerly Grab-it)
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uqPT4IzK_kUIy14nLIf65GvqgsITYFn952GMIxH1YKM/edit#>
 has been rethought and re-implemented.
(Thanks to Aashrey for finding and configuring the open-source ShareX tool)

Most is self explanatory — but one bit you have to see to understand.
When you do a RECORD — after you press the record button — as you move your
mouse around it will show “selection line’ around whatever window or button or
other object on the screen that you are pointing at. If you point off to the
side it will record the whole screen. When you click it records that item -
until you press the “STOP” button that appears on the bottom edge of the item.
If you record the whole screen - then there is no STOP button and you must
press ESCape to stop.

 for consideration later this week
Is there a better name to use than Screen Capture so we don’t have confusion
with out CAPTURE tool?
Screen Clip/Record works but is longer and may not fit on button well or in
other languages
Screen Grab or Grab-It fits but is kind of ambiguous

as reimplemented something that would involve CORE significantly? not at
all? - minimally?

        - if you can get an estimate of the work on this from different team
members

Thanks
