What is $subject? For e.g. the apps that I own, as a business owner, I would like to see them in dev/qa environment - that is, sneak a peak - and provide some quick feedback in terms of requirements. These are not bugs etc.
And to use the issue tracker is overkill (same as using Jira in release rush hour is overkill) I see that social is going to be really powerful here. The killer feature is going to be where I can take a screen capture of the app and comment on that, using circles, arrows and text - if you know what I mean :) -- Thanks, Samisa...
