The idea is that you might need to set a bunch of environment variables on
a particular machine, especially if the machine is being booted in a cloud.

So the idea would be to have a registry tree structure to store these in,
and then a simply command line tool that sets the environment variables.

so I could call

regenv https://registrylocation.foo.bar -u regusername -p regpassword
-hostname myhostname
