In previous discussion [1] we were planing to write core part of the WSO2
Social in Jaggery and provide a REST API for submitting social activities.
But as Senaka pointed out (in an offline discussion with Jaggery team) this
could be a limitation when integrating comment feature to G-Reg. For an
example, when writing a G-Reg life-cycle extension, one may want to add a
comment on a state transition.

Therefore, we have decided to write the core API in Java, which will
include a BAM data-agent to publish data and the CQL code to retrieve data.
