Covered use cases - Register organization, App Creation, Commit and OT

1) Vulnerability check - register tenant at AF
2) TODO - Secure the tenant BPEL
3) OT Tenant
- Use external user store feature of 4.2.0
- Write a new OTUserstore that assign all users the 3 roles - dev,
qa and appowner
- Use the name as [email protected]@ot.org externally but internally
use [email protected], i.e. user types in [email protected] with a
indication as oxygen tank tenant
- Disable Team Management UIs for OT tenant, based on a parameter in
appfactory.xml
- Modify GitBlit plugin and Jenkins plugin to handle "
[email protected]" internally but use [email protected]@ot.org externally
