Participants - Sanjiva, Shankar, Srinath, Sumedha, Dimuthu, Anjana, Senaka and G-Reg team During the meeting Governance 2.0 Vision and use cases were covered. -Relationship between deployed service and service metadata should be many to many. -A service in one state can have associated APIs in a different state. Services and API versions are not the same. Therefore there is no relationship between Service and their associated APIs. -With Governance 2.0, ESB API story also needs to be changed. Because ESB APIs are just restful services. -SOA Governance is building services and deploying them. API Governance is creating APIs from services. Governance 2.0 is about creating interconnected single continuation from building services to creating APIs. - With Governance story, it should facilitate in managing services with features such as, ability to apply policies into multiple services without log-in to each management console -Governance Story should mainly focus on Business user perspective.
