What is the plan on governance aspects? Can we do something to help manage values across environments or is that only about conventions? Even if governance is about conventions, it would be great if DevS can help enforce those when developing. I am rasing this concern, as I have seen that in many use cases, users have trouble understanding the connection between CAR and the development governance semantics.
