Hi Gayan, I am +1 for picking applications by user prefs when the number of applications are greater than a certain number - say 20. And if the user has not set the applications in user prefs lets pick the 20 applications by a certain criteria. As this criteria we can use apps with most number of dev/qa/devops assigned.
