I believe the easy approach is to get the code from CEP Email Output Adaptor and Email-verification code and create a simple E-mail sender service.
This service can then be used by both CEP Email Output Adaptor and Email-verification. In this process please keep in mind the performance aspects and make it general as possible so it can be used by all.
