runtime as web apps and only different is the way we develop those apps we
use Jaggery (JS) instead of Java other than that within the runtime Jaggery
apps are identical to any other Tomcat apps hence why we need to provide
special patching model for Jaggery apps ? Usually we don't patch web apps
instead we upgrade their versions or redeploy updated .war file why we cant
live with this simple approach ?

Thanks !
