Hi,

In the current IS product the email templates which are used for the
credential recovery feature can be configured using the
email-admin-config.xml and those templates are common to all the tenants.

The new requirement is to have these templates specific to a tenant. Hence
the templates will be stored in the registry tenant wise. Also the
templates can be changed with the new Email templates  UI which will be
available in the Configurations section of the management console. Hence
each tenant admin will be able to change the templates as required.
