Hi folks,
After the meeting regarding the Enterprise Store for marketing assets I
understood what we are missing in the core. It's *teams*.

Currently what ES have is assets belonging to the user who created it. Then
below problems are present -

   - Transferring ownership of an assets is an issue
   - Access rights to a particular assets is not mapped to a set of users

Why not we have a concept of teams/ departments (underneath roles)?
Whenever a user uploads a file he decides to which team he is giving
ownership (it can even be multiple teams). Let's take a use-case to
properly understand it -

User A adds a mobile app to the publisher. User A belongs to the Marketing
Application Development Team (MADT). User A submits the app for approval.
Reviewers for MADT will be informed that an app is available to be
approved. The reviewer logs in and approve the app. The App goes to store.
Now User B (who belongs to MADT) needs to upload the next version of the
app. Since he is in the MADT - he can access the asset and submit a new
version for reviewal.

This was further discussed in an offline meeting and decided to hold a
meeting specially on this and @Sumedha will be driving the effort.

Cheers~
