Hi, As you all aware the Data Mapper Configuration is a set of JavaScript functions. Therefore (currently) we keep that as a .js file.
However keeping this with a known extension (.js), a user might try to change/modify this which should be prohibited because we are not going to support reverse-engineering. Therefore user shouldn't be aware that the configuration is in JavaScript and the .js extension needs to be changed. We are going to use .dmc as the extension which has the meaning of 'data mapper config' Thanks, Sohani.
