Hi, Since we want to have instance get up and down on demand time to time, ( not for salable feature ) we have to prepare the fully configurable cartridge for that. Then instance doesn't want to download the PHP server pack after it spawn and only instance spawn time and server running time will be considered. PHP server will be with the image itself. In that case we have to have PHP specific cartridge image and general image for others as well.
