Hi Kasun,

We have already create an EC2 AMI for windows cartridge. All the
configurations such as IIS, agent, start up scrips, etc... configured in
this AMI. We have used EC2 because windows server 2012 is already available
as EC2 AMI. If you have windows image in OpenStack you can proceed with
that also. Currently the AMI we have created is visible only for private.
If you want we can make it to public as well.
