*Introduction* Device repository is an application that can manage and track the allocations of devices in an organization. We have two kinds of users for the application which are Administrator and Application Users. *Entities* Devices - devices in the organization. Owners - Owners of devices. Device_details - device details that are categorized into model numbers. Allocation - details of device allocations in an organization. *Main Users* Administrator - Who has full privilege to add, edit, delete & view all information of above entities. Application User - Who only has privilege to view all information of device_details and allocation details.
