Shankar and myself chatted and decide to go with following solution so we
can get the build Fixed ASAP.


   1. If you have released 4.3.0 already, release current version as 4.3.1.
   Otherwise release as 4.3.0.
   2. When doing changes, increase the version numbers as micro versions
   (e.g. 4.3.1) unless change is big.

Please raise concerns if there is any. I am cancelling the meeting.
