hello Ramith,

the MQTT V3.1 support would not sufficient for a mqtt-broker
implementation. Some mqtt-client-libs now only support MQTT V3.1.1 and we
know the mqtt-clients are often very resource-constrained. So the change of
client libraries to fit the mqtt-broker protocol version is a bad idea.

It would be very nice if you could support V3.1.1 or if its already done
... ad it to the product-description.
