Thanks for the feedback Dmitry.

Yeah we would need to synchronize version numbers and branch labels. The
existing issue tracker gives that option when user creates an issue. We can
allow the same feature for JIRA issues.

Dimuthu also pointed that we should give user the option to configure JIRA
or use the existing issue tracker. When he configures he would be able to
pull in data from an existing JIRA project or we can create a new JIRA
project for him.

AFAIK, JIRA  supports access via OAuth. So, we should be able to pull data.
