Hi Imesh, There are number of tasks taking place when an application is created in App Factory. The application is in pending state, until those tasks are completed successfully. One task is build the 'trunk', which means create a build job in Jenkins side and trigger a build. Once this tasks and other tasks are completed, the applications' state goes from pending to completed. Then only, the created application can be accessed by the UI.
