Hi all, I am Chanaka Sampath Cooray, GSoC 2015 participant for the $subject for WSO2 ESB. First of all let me thank WSO2 for this valuable opportunity.
Here is a brief description of the project. The end-to-end message tracing of message mediation flow need to be > implemented based on WSO2 ESB and WSO2 BAM. The project requires changes at > ESB core engine level as well as to write a new data publisher to BAM. > Also, at BAM level, it needs to have the UI level support for tracing the > entire message flow with BAM gadgets. But according to our initial discussion, we decided to make a UI component inside the WSO2 ESB and show the message flow information there and if needed later we can add a generic publisher for BAM or any other interface. So as the first step, I will design the data collection model. For that I will decide what data is required, when to collect and when to persist the data in the Synapse level. I will update the thread according to the progress of the project. Your comments and feedback would be appreciated.
