Hi Jasintha,

I think proper way to address the limitation is to enable the C-App
deployer (& Registry Artifact Deployer) in API Manager.

It would fix the issue with zero development effort in DevS end with
existing set of features. May be minor change to add API Manager in to the
list of Server Roles.

So I'm -1 for the proposal (if my vote counts :))
