Similarly other DevS project types , we can have another project type for
this & which will generate the project skeleton (if you look at the JAX
project type then you will get a better idea ). DevS has project generation
framework that can be used to create this plugin quit easily(you can use
xml to generate the project UI)

Now ESB guys doing this for class mediator by using url class loader to
load the new bundle so can't we do similar thing here ?
