Hi, +1 to keep both. Further, I think these are a sub types of bulk subscription. Bulk subscription means allowing group of users to get subscribed at once. So there can many ways to form these user groups (Enterprise subscription is one option,specific user category/categories wise subscription is another and we may get some other options in the future as well) So better to categories these two as sub types of Bulk subscription.
