This happens when an exception is thrown inside a resource method. Cause
for the null pointer exception is not passing an ExceptionHandler instance
to the HttpResourceHandler and it becomes the reason for the relevant
HttpMethodInfo instance to have a null ExceptionHandler.

I will send a PR to fix this.
