Hi all, When choosing the connectors shall we focus on not only the most popular downloads, but also shall we pay our attention about the iPaaS use cases too? If we do so we have two major advantages,
1. We can improve the connector functionalities to support the enhanced business perspectives. Specially connectors like Jira, Salesforce, Redmine, GoToWebinar, etc are some of the most high demanding connectors in B2B Integration. 2. We can have enterprise level integration scenarios to verify their functionality as well. Since iPaaS use cases are mostly address the real world business scenarios we can identify the issues of connectors in the real time use cases. Also I would like to suggest, that the api like salesforce are most widely used in the domain and their functionalities are being updated frequently. Therefore if we can continuously focus on improving such connectors will give us a great advantage. Connectors like facebook and twitter (Social media related Connectors) are widely used by the standalone users. But we will need to focus on enterprise level, business valued connectors as well. In my opinion improving salesforce, redmine, jira, github, gmail, GoToWebinar like connectors will have huge advantages. One way we can identify the improvements of these connectors is to build some integration scenarios. I found that the connectors like jMonkey, GoToWebinar need to improve in some of their operations. So let's keep updating the document shared among us in order to keep track of the improvement suggestions.
