Let me explain: As we know, in CEP sample mode, we set the Axis2 repo to <CEP_HOME>/samples/artifacts/<sample-number> so when we create artifacts, those get saved in the said location. Also the Axis2 deployer listens to the same location. We introduced the same sample mode to DAS and tested a few CEP samples. Those worked the expected way. Although the samples seem to work fine on sample mode, it was found that event persistence does not work in this mode. The reason is, the eventsink configuration gets saved in <DAS_HOME>/repository/deployment/server/eventsink, instead of <DAS_HOME>/samples/artifacts/<sample-number>/eventsink [1] However, the Axis Deployer seems to listen to <DAS_HOME>/samples/artifacts/<sample-number> therefore the persistence configuration does not take into effect (No table schema gets created). Let me discuss with DAS team on this issue and update this thread.
