Hi Geesara, +1 for suggesting a cascade classifier(haar-cascade) for this implementation. With a sufficient number of samples for train using haar features would provide lesser rate of false positive results. AFAIK using of a background subtraction[1] method for pre processing can be used to reduce false positive results for the classification.
