Hi all, As for [1] we have decided to create a tool to support "Right to be forgotten" on platform wide for GDPR compliance. Duty of this tool is to clear all the instances of username that are in the system (Eg: Database tables, Logs, Registry, Analytics, etc...) after an end user request a complete erasure of his/her data from the system. System administrator will run this tool on the system with related values and tool will clear all the data(Username in this instance) related to that user from the system.
Tool will be a command line utility with multiple pluggable components, which each components duty is to take care the erasure of data in respective area. For example there will be RDBMS component that is default packed with the tool and that component will clear username in all database tables that are related to the system. Furthermore, there will be more components to address each area such as Logs, Registry, Analytics etc... Please see the mail related to previous approach in [2] Please provide you thoughts.
