Do we have more details about forum design? Since comments become 2 level
we can consider that as something which help to build knowledge base about
specific API. With that we will have to think again about global forum. In
this forum what we are going to discuss? When we have multiple APIs in
system would it be helpful users to have common forum. If this is generic
forum which not directly bound to APIs then why dont we direct user to
external forum with specific tag(or simply integrate another OOB forum
solution into publisher)
