IMO deploy should we a top level Menu item as its a different lifecycle of the project. Under that we have to have "Deploy to Server", and "Deploy to Server" dialog box should have list of server URLs and user should be able to select one or more and say deploy. This can show all the workers or managers specified in the deployment.yaml file. If needed then we can also give an option to add servers using "Add Server" button or something like that. if a server is added in this way it will be also shown along with servers coming from deployment.yaml file and these can also be deleted by clicking the delete button next to them when they are listed. But the ones coming from deployment.yaml file cannot be deleted.
