I attached a new patch to MRM-153.
This one uses DefaultProxyRequestHandler for relocation handling. It
requires some change in tge request handling :
artifact discovery is done BEFORE proxiedRepositories are iterated. This
required to move metadata / unknown files / checksum handling in the get
method, so I've created dedicated sub-methods to avoid code to get too long.
A testcase is included for relocation of maven1 request (artifact +
checksums).
