+1, looks right to me.
Some of the directories probably aren't necessary in a future release
(meeper, design, etc), but works for this one.

Because there is no source assembly configured in the Archiva build,
this distribution was prepared by exporting the tag from svn, and
adding the LICENSE/NOTICE files.
