We already release that to the repo, might as well copy it to /dist/ :)
Actually, I only moved the source and binary distributions. I've
never used the repository merge tool (so I don't trust it yet...) and
I didn't find good instructions in a quick look around.
It's here [1] if someone would like to merge it over. It doesn't look
like I'm going to have time in the near future.
