move to beta-3?

anyone intending to work on them in the next couple of weeks?

MRM-37 (discover deletion of artifacts)
MRM-265 (artifacts still seen after a repository is deleted)
MRM-185 (revise logging)
MRM-439 (validation on password fields - Redback issue)
MRM-389 (another redback issue)
MRM-397 (assigned to Jesse - minor appearance issue)
MRM-204 (documentation)
MRM-382 (is this a dupe of MRM-265?)
