Thanks.  I tried the workaround (no luck, see
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MCOBERTURA-75).

I don't really want to leave it commented out, I'd like to see both
the code coverage and the complexity numbers. :(

Maybe I can lift the implementation of 'skip' from one of the other plugins...
