is this a regression, or just found a bug that's always been lurking?

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding exactly the sequence you have here to reproduce it - but maybe the -final- is causing the version to parse wrong.

I have a problem with a relocated jar:
poi:poi:2.5.1
it is relocated to 2.5.1-final-20040804

In my local repo I can find the pom and the pom of 2.5.1- final-20040804 and
only the 2.5.1 pom
But maven complains that it doesn't find the 2.5.1 jar

Any idea ?

Hi Everyone,

Archiva 1.0-beta-4 is now ready for release.

The highlights of this release are:
- security applied in repository browse and search (only those
repositories
where the user has permissions are accessible to that user)
- fixes in repository purge
- improved logging
- additional fixes in proxy connectors configuration

You can take a look at the release notes for Archiva 1.0-beta-4 here:
