Unsubstantiated rumor at this point. :) I just had trouble building Struts 2, which wants cargo-maven2-plugin. That plugin is in central, but Archiva apparently wouldn't proxy it.
If someone has time to set up the test to confirm or deny (or maybe knows if it's already in JIRA) that would be great, otherwise it's on my list and I may get back to it some day... -- Wendy
