I think we can flatten some of the structure.
We keep this top level structure that brett came up with.

Move the following structures around ...
trunk/archiva-modules/archiva-base/archiva-consumers/* -->
trunk/archiva-modules/
trunk/archiva-modules/archiva-base/* --> trunk/archiva-modules/
trunk/archiva-modules/archiva-reporting/* --> trunk/archiva-modules/
trunk/archiva-modules/archiva-web/* --> trunk/archiva-module/
Basically, there is no project deeper than trunk/archiva-modules/${project}
