Can't untar archiva with cygwin tar 1.18

When I try to untar archiva on Windows XP with cygwin tar 1.18, I get "tar: A
lone zero block at 49260". Not sure if anything can be done about this bug,
(tar just isn't very standardized across various OSes) but I figured I'd file
it anyway for the record.
