It's a good idea to mention anything we know about at release time, but I think
we need something for known issues in archiva-site. The release notes can
point there for the latest info.
(We just won't know all the issues until after we release, and we can't update
the versioned documentation after it is tagged.)
I'm adding a known-issues.apt page and linking it from the downloads page.
