repository admin page should indicate scan in progress

it would be nice if the repository admin page showed a little more status info
for in progress scans. at the very least it would be nice to show a "scan in
progress" or "scan request queued" as appropriate for a repository. even
better would be to show some partial stats for in progress scans.
