User Rights on Webdav : filePermissions are ignored

I configure my webdav in my settings.xmll like that
<server>
<id>snapshots</id>
<username>repodeployer</username>
<password>repodeployer</password>
<filePermissions>444</filePermissions>
</server>
I can deploy but the user right are ignored.
It is problematic for non-snapshot because you can redeploy a released jar.
