The copy of the approved confirmations from the U.A.E Bureau of citizenship and immigration services, a Bureau of U.A.E Department of Homeland security will also be sent by fax to The Alrotana Hotels to issue visas to our entire registered participant required visa for Abu-Dhabi conference. The original approved confirmation letters from the U.A.E Embassy in the states, will also be forward to the United Arab Emirates Immigration Department to issue visas to our registered participants for the 2010 Rads conference. All registered participants for the conference, will be notify as soon as the committee receive a confirmation letter from U.A.E Embassy in the states, for granting visas to our registered participants for Abu-Dhabi conference through the hotel. We are only giving rooms for existing and active organizations to participate in these events as chance are limited.
